Crowdsourced Motivation
Crowdsourced motivation is a form of extrinsic motivation (external to your self-motivation). At Gyst, the idea that if you can’t motivate yourself, your Personal Motivator can do it for you. We use extrinsic motivation to help you get the ball rolling and accomplish goals and tasks when you don’t really want to! To do this, your Personal Motivator offers motivation in whatever form you respond to best to ensure that you can stay on track to complete your goals.
As time goes on and you see the results of your hard work, you begin to build intrinsic motivation (internal motivation) to keep reaching your goal(s). That extrinsic motivation now supplements your intrinsic motivation, causing exponential growth and offering you support whenever your intrinsic motivation starts to wane.
Finding the right motivation style is paramount in your initial success, learn more about what we offer below!
